Sales and Marketing Executive

This role sits at the heart of Crafted. As part of the commercial team, you will help to deliver Crafted’s marketing strategy, focusing on lead generation, brand development and new business support. This exciting, hands-on role will develop your marketing knowledge while executing campaigns across multiple channels. You'll also be actively involved with our top-of-funnel sales activity.

The day-to-day.

  • Supporting the content and PR plan
  • Supporting our industry awards strategy and case study generation across the Crafted client-base
  • Managing our social media channels in support of the marketing strategy
  • Supporting the production of online and offline marketing material
  • Supporting the events strategy
  • Uploading fresh content and media to the Crafted website
  • Contributing to marketing plans and strategies defined by the commercial team
  • Qualification and follow-up activity for general sales leads
  • CRM and database support
  • Supporting pitch work

Your experience.

  • Minimum of 18 months’ experience within a fast-paced Digital or similar marketing environment, ideally an agency setting
  • Demonstrable skills in digital marketing, social media, copywriting, PR and advertising
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook
  • Experience in writing successful sales and marketing collateral, press releases, articles
  • Proven ability of managing client and third-party supplier relationships

The following experience would be a bonus but not essential:​

  • Website management via a Content Management System
  • Use of CRM software - ideally Salesforce
  • Familiarity and use of analytics software such as Google analytics
