Brad Warwick

CCO

Possessing more than 15 years of digital marketing experience across design, development, production and search, today Brad is the agency’s Chief Commercial Officer. He continues to build long-term client relationships with a commitment to quality and superior customer service.

Martin Brown

CTO

Today, Martin oversees the successful delivery of innovative ASP.NET and Kentico technical solutions for our enterprise level clients.

He also leads Crafted’s technical consultancy workshops, working with brands to define solutions that solve their business challenges and drive organisational performance.

Ian Miller

CEO

Ian’s now been agency side for more than six years and is very happy to be a self-confessed geek, focusing on marrying the creative marketing ideas that gain exposure and coverage with Analytics, CRO and UX projects to maximise trackable returns.

As Crafted’s CEO, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the agency and is a regular speaker at industry conferences, including BrightonSEO, the UK Search Conference and Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) bootcamps. 

Barnie Mills

Creative Director

Barnie and his team deliver seamless user experiences across multiple devices that deliver maximum ROI for our clients. He’s no stranger to meeting the requirements of the UK’s most famous brands, having worked with the likes of Camelot, Universal Music, British Airways, Sky and Famous Grouse.

Barnie ensures our designers produce high-quality, visually impressive and functional output to meet our clients’ objectives.

Lee Margetts

Technical Director

With more than a decade of experience in internet technologies, Lee manages our team of ASP.NET developers and Kentico specialists. In his fifteen-year career, Lee has built complex, sophisticated and global solutions for some of the world’s largest organisations. From self-service websites for E.ON to global strategic solutions for the automotive industry, Lee combines technical ability with industry insight to meet our clients’ objectives across devices. 

Steve Schofield

Production Director

With almost two decades of experience in the IT industry, including seven spent in project management, Steve joined Crafted in 2010.  His career has seen him work with a variety of leading brands in the UK and overseas, from Endsleigh Insurance to Fujistu Consulting.

As Production Director, Steve works with our clients  to understand their businesses and help them achieve their objectives through the implementation of secure, robust and innovative digital solutions.

Tom Gillman

Commercial Director

With over two decades of agency-side experience, Tom heads up Crafted’s new business team and is responsible for the agency’s growth, development and external promotion. He leads our initial client consultations, scoping out digital projects that solve marketing challenges for brands across the UK and beyond. 

Zoë Dean

Client Services Director

Zoë joined Crafted in 2011 with a background spanning online advertising, display media and SEO specialisms. Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) qualified, she loves the diversity that her role brings.

Zoë was instrumental in founding the agency’s graduate scheme and now heads up a Client Services team of account managers.
